The middle section screams K-car to me for some reason, but I can't put my finger on where any particular piece came from.

No, the driver's handicap is that he/she is blind judging by the car and how it's parked, not just obese.

I don't have the faintest idea. The doors look late 70's GM coupe (with the lines and the frameless doors) but I'm pretty sure whatever it was has been narrowed in the middle. The cab looks smaller than my Ram 50 (~5' wide seat) and not the proper size for the doors (maybe a 78 Caprice Classic Coupe? close to a 6' wide front seat).
It's a neat little runabout, and whoever built it stuck a lot of time into it. I kinda like it.

What are you looking at? The Dr. Gonzo of '30s homages. One of hoon's own prototypes. A low-powered mutant of some kind never even considered for mass production. Too weird to live, and too rare to die.
More seriously, possibly a narrowed S-10 cab with modified doors with parts of a Beetle conversion thrown in?

A relic from the 1970s obsession with "neo classic" cars that were often poorly designed and poorly constructed by underfunded shops in metal sheds. In this case, someone has hacked apart what appears to be a GM A-Body, possibly a Cutlass, and made a crude attempt to replicate the look of a generic 1930s coupe.
From some of the details, it looks like it might have been done fairly recently, which means someone's bad taste is still stuck in the Carter administration.
